Security Defense Solutions provides a 30-day, no questions asked, return policy on all Self Defense Products purchased, except special orders. (See Return Policy below for Hidden Cameras, Surveillance Equipment, and Other Hi-Tech Products). If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by phone at (561) 451-0510 and we will immediately issue a return material authorization number (RMA). There is a 25% restocking fee for all Self Defense Products that are not defective. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error. No restocking fees apply to defective products received from us. Your new product will be shipped back to you with free shipping if defective.

RETURN POLICY FOR HIDDEN CAMERAS, SURVEILLANCE EQUIPMENT, AND OTHER HI-TECH PRODUCTS
At Security Defense Solutions, we strive to offer our customers the best products at the best possible prices. Due to the nature of the products, returns will not be accepted unless the product is found to be defective or unless otherwise explicitly stated on the specific Security Defense Solution's product page.
All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be approved by Security Defense Solutions before any products are returned.
We have implemented this policy because of the misuse of our former liberal return policy. A few unscrupulous people have ordered our products for specific short term uses and then returned the product in a condition that would not allow us to resell. We test all of our products before shipping. Your satisfaction is our number one concern. RETURN POLICY: All our hidden cameras, surveillance equipment, and other hi-tech products are special ordered by the person ordering and are NOT SUBJECT TO CANCELLATIONS. Due to the nature of our product line, returns will only be accepted for products damaged upon shipment to the customer*. All returns must be authorized by Security Defense Solutions before product(s) is returned. All products must be returned in the original packaging. Security Defense Solutions will replace, refund, or credit your account for returned product(s) at Security Defense Solution's discretion.
*Special exceptions may be made on a case by case basis determined by Security Defense Solutions. In this event, returns are subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 25% restocking charge and must be returned within a five (5) day period from date of receipt of product(s). NO refunds will be given for products returned without explicit permission from Security Defense Solutions.
Any return must be authorized by a representative of Security Defense Solutions and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from Security Defense Solutions. No returns will be authorized after FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS of receipt of product(s) by the customer.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
REQUESTS TO RETURN PRODUCTS MUST BE OBTAINED FROM Security Defense Solutions WITHIN A FIVE (5) DAY PERIOD AFTER THE CUSTOMER HAS RECEIVED THE PRODUCT(S).
WARRANTY: We guarantee all Security Defense Products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days (unless manufacturer's warranty is longer;) after sale to the customer. The following terms are to be met by you:
Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order for Self Defense Products and Five (5) days for Hidden Cameras, Surveillance Equipment, and Our Other Hi-Tech Products. You must call customer support at (561) 451-0510 Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm Eastern Time for a return authorization number (RMA).
The products must be returned in new, resaleable, and perfect condition.
You must include all packaging materials that originally came with your shipment.
Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.
All manuels and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
All programming must be set back to factory default.
You must pay any return shipping expense. (We recommend you insure your returns).
Display the RMA# prominently on the outside and inside of the box to avoid delays for your refund.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above conditions and within 30 days of original delivery for Self Defense Products and FIVE (5) DAYS for Hidden Cameras, Surveillance Equipment,and Our Other Hi-Tech Products, we will issue credit to your charge account. You may elect to receive credit toward another purchase or to simply receive a refund.
IMPORTANT! We will instruct you where to send your return. We do business with many manufactures and distributors. DO NOT send returns to Boca Raton, Florida address! Returns sent to this address will not receive credit and will be returned back to you!
ADDITIONAL NOTES: No returns will be accepted without prior written or email approval from Security Defense Solutions.
Please provide full details of your original order/ order number / order date / your full name / your email address / item number / daytime phone number / reason for return.
Packages shipped without an RMA# visible on the outside of the package will be refused and sent back to the sender.
Please include a brief letter as to why you are returning the product inside the return package. Products are carefully examined to determine if the product has been neglected or if it is a defective product. If we feel that the product has been damaged in any way due to neglect, a refund and shipping cost will not be refunded.
All approved returns will be credited less a 25% restocking fee (shipping not subject to credit). Please allow up to 14 days for processing returns. Credit will not be issued until Security Defense Solutions has received and examined the returned merchandise. No unauthorized returns accepted, and no returns allowed after 30 days for Self Defense Products. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions stated in our return policy.
Returns must be 100% complete, shipped freight prepaid, and well packaged and protected with the RA# displayed on the exterior of the package. Credit subject to final inspection upon receipt.
We reserve the right to decline refunds on damaged merchandise returned back to us.
If the return has been altered or damaged during improper installation, application,operation, or in any way that prevents the item from being sold as new, a credit will not be issued.
Due to the nature of the product, absolutely no returns on pepper spray. (Unless Defective)
If you cancel your order, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded if the item has already been shipped from our company.
SHIPPING DAMAGE AND ERRORS: Most products will be shipped through UPS. Damages are the responsibility of the carrier once the shipment is released from Security Defense Solutions. Shipping damage claims must be filed through the appropriate carrier within 7 days of receipt. All boxes and packing materials must be saved for damage inspection by the carrier. All claims for shortages, mis-shipments, or mis-billings must be reported within 7 days of receipt. All damaged goods remain your responsibility unless your receipt of the shipment was declined. UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments. Refused shipments will incur a 25% restocking fee. SHIPPING FOR BACKORDERS: Backordered items are shipped at prices in effect when the item was ordered or current selling price whichever is lower. We will pay for shipping if your order is backordered and received at different times to fill your original order. WARNING: If your product is not working properly, "DO NOT" disassemble or try fixing it yourself! Doing so could void the warranty.
Reminders:
Notify our returns dept on our CONTACT US page or call (561) 451-0510 to obtain a return authorization number. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the issuance, or RETURN AUTHORIZATION expires. RA#'s are not renewable.
If you have received a defective product, we will replace the product free of charge and also reimburse your shipping cost back to us.
Incomplete returns or those not packaged the same as received cannot be accepted.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: You may return our products within 30 days that are defective in material and/or workmanship for Self Defense Products and Five (5) days for Hidden Cameras, Surveillance Equipment, and Our Other Hi-Tech Products. Products must be referred to the manufacture after 30 days for Self Defense Products. Hidden Cameras, Surveillance Equipment, and other Hi Tech Products must be referred to the manufacture after 90 days.You will receive credit back the same way you originally purchased your products.
Products showing abuse, misuse, alteration, or lightning strikes may not be repaired or replaced under warranty.
We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from Security Defense Solutions.
All damaged goods remain your responsibility unless a claim is made to the carrier when delivered.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping back any returned products. For your protection, we recommend you insure and make your shipment trackable thru UPS. Security Defense Solutions is not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments to us.
Please remember to use sufficient padding to avoid damage in transit.
By placing an order, customer accepts all terms and policies stated herein.
