Shipping

Shipping is FREE if you order a minimum of $100.00 from our web site. If your order is less than $100.00, we will add $8.95 to the GRAND TOTAL. Orders are shipped UPS domestic ground, unless you request a different shipping option. Most orders ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for in-stock merchandise. If a product is backordered, we will contact you to let you know approximately when you can expect your product(s) to be back in stock and when it will be shipped (if you have provided us with a valid email address). If you need to have your order sooner, please call or email our office and we will see what we can do to get your order out more quickly. You will receive an email from us with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped if you would like to track your order. We also follow-up with you to make sure you received your order and your product(s) are working properly.

Helpful Shipping Information

Pepper Sprays will only be shipped UPS Ground. Any form of Pepper Spray cannot be put on a cargo plane due to the compression of the spray.
Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped outside the Continental US, which includes Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.
Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped by any method other than ground.
Pepper Sprays, or any type of weapon, including stun devices, knives and batons, cannot be shipped outside the United States (including its territories). Massachusetts, or the city of Philadelphia.
Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped by express mail.

Sorry, We cannot accept back pepper sprays unless they are found to be defective when we ship your order.

UPS will not deliver to a P.O Box. Please include a physical address when ordering.
Paying by check is not as fast as paying by credit card. Your order can only be filled when funds clear your bank. It typically takes up to 10 business days for a check to clear. In order to pay by check you must have a US personal or business checking account.
WARRANTY: All our products have a 30 day warranty. If you receive a product that is broken or not working upon delivery, Please contact us so we can help you.
REFUSING DELIVERY OF DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive your package open or damaged, refuse delivery of the merchandise then contact our customer support dept right away to report the problem. We GUARANTEE to get your puchases to you in good condition.
POST DELIVERY DAMAGE DISCOVERY: If you realize you received a damaged or defective product after accepting delivery, contact us immediately. We will send you a replacement or issue you a full refund immediately after we receive the damaged or defective product. MANUFACTURE WARRANTY REPAIR: We cannot accept items for repair, even if they are under a manufacturer's warranty. We warranty our products as stated above. After that, please refer to the warranty information that you received when your product was shipped. If the item arrives to you damaged or defective, you do have the option of returning that product.
CANCELLING ORDERS: If you need to cancel an order that has not been shipped, we may be able to cancel it. To do so, call us immediately. Of course, if your order has already been sent out for delivery, we will be unable to cancel it.
ORDER PROCESSING: All orders are processed for shipment Monday-Friday.
