After You Place An Order With Us, We Will Send You:
An email confirmation confirming your order.
An email containing a UPS tracking number within 48 hours upon receipt of your order (if your order is placed on a weekday).
A follow-up email within 72 hours after you receive your product, to make sure you received your order and the product is working properly.

Absolutely no sales to minors under 18 years of age! It is your responsibility to check all local and state laws concerning use, ownership, and possession of any product we offer for sale. Also any attempt in entrapment by any law enforcement agency will be meet with legal action. It is the responsibility of the buyer, NOT THE SELLER, to ascertain, and obey, all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession and use of any item on this site. All equipment is sold to public law 90-351, title III, U.S.D., Section 2511, and any local, state or federal ordinances.
We currently do not ship Outside the Continental U.S.
We do not accept or ship International Orders.
Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped outside the Continental US, which includes Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.
Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped by any method other than Ground.
Pepper Sprays, or any type of weapon, including stun devices, knives and batons, cannot be shipped outside the United States (including its territories).
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for shipping.
Stun Devices CANNOT be shipped to New York, Massachusetts or the city of Philadelphia.
Any products received will be used for legal purposes only.
We do not sell or ship our products to domestic customers where the product is knowingly unlawful.
We do not ship Pepper Sprays to New York.
We will only accept orders from within the United States and U.S. dollars.
All air soft and paintball guns will be exchanged for the same product if defective: Within 30 days. No returns unless defective. (We test every product before it is shipped out and we test each product returned for abuse and misuse). If we find the product is not defective, no credit will be given including shipping back to us.
Butterfly knives cannot be shipped to CA, NY, or MA. Pen Knives cannot be shipped to CA or MA.
Martial Arts Videos and Recreational Fun Items will be exchanged for the same product if defective: Within 30 days. No returns unless defective when received.
